I know the seller through one of the message boards. He’s starting to sweat a bit… seems he doesn’t think he’s going to collect on his hundred million and is hoping GB will pull the auction. Failing that, he’ll have to file a non-paying bidder claim in order to not owe GB a few million in seller fees… on the plus side, I highly doubt his credit card has the space for that. 🙂
Cheap enough if it saves your life. It’s easy to imagine instances where people who had run out of ammo would have paid all the money in the world for that one round, but didn’t have the chance and paid with their lives instead.
The ammo shortage has just reached its peak; from here on availability and cost will both be better for the buyer. How do I know this? Because when a crisis becomes a joke, it is no longer a crisis.

That’s pretty funny. Of course, find ammo is not too bad if you just reload…

Any idea what the 200 rounds of WWB .380acp I just found in my closet is worth? Krugerrands are nice, but I think I’d prefer a Gold Eagle, actually…

I going to stock up on ammo before the price goes up or becomes a rare commodity.
