This is the question raised by Raymond Donovan, Secretary of Labor under Ronald Reagan after he was acquitted of all felony charges brought against him in a Federal trial in 1987.
Where does Judge Kozinski go to get his reputation back?
I have no doubt that the NYT will put this story on page 46, Chris Matthews, Anderson Cooper, Wolf Blitzer, Olby and Rachel Maddow will completely ignore it, and the rest of the MSM (e.g. Time, Newsweek) will similarly not report on his vindication.
Vindications and exonerations of conservatives are simply not as newsworthy as the initial accusations.
Yep. Some internet loon who has been harassing the judge for years suddenly gets newsprint space for his accusations when Kozinski gets on the short list for a SCOTUS position.
Years later he gets cleared, but his odds of ever advancing are shot to hell.
Did you actually see the crap Kozinski had on his site? Yeah, he is not guilty of whatever the First Amendment protects, but he is one weird flake. A weird flake with almost absolute power over your life, liberty and property.

An accumulation of the tasteless internet humor does not make someone a “weird flake”, nk. That term should really be reserved to Sanai.
