Throw the bums out
If Americans could vote to keep or replace the entire Congress, 57% would throw out all the legislators and start over again. Just 25% would vote to keep the Congress.
And, yet, incumbents are still re-elected about 95% of the time. If you want to throw the bums out, you gotta start with your bum first.

When we finally get our constitutional convention, one of the terms is going to have to be that no one who has held office before can hold office after. Anything.

I’ve said before–until things change drastically, I will not be voting for incumbents of the majority party. The other party gaining control of Congress isn’t drastic enough.

I wouldn’t dare holding a constitutional convention in today’s society. Given how hostile to liberty most people are I shudder to think what they’d ratify.

What percentage voted to burn them at the stake, or wasn’t that one of the options?

Unfortunately, my bum keeps running unopposed. The same applies to many of the other bums in this area, as well as many of our state level bums.

I believe the deal is that generally people hate Congress but like their Congress-person. And frankly, who are you going to replace them with?

“And frankly, who are you going to replace them with?”
Well, we *do* have servicemen coming back home to no job, so that’s an idea.
