I’ve said for years that there should not be any new laws passed without an equal number removed. And the first candidate to say he wants to be elected to remove laws instead of adding more will get my vote.
What’s needed just as much, if not more, as removing old, useless laws, is to review ALL laws to see if they actually accomplish anything. And if not remove them too.

I wonder if we can slip in the repeal of the laws banning open carry for the same reasons?

I’ve always said that all new laws should at least have one chance to sunset before becoming permanent.
