I love being regarded as fanatical for equality… I support equal rights.. If I support equal rights what do you support when you disagree with me??? Elitist rights perhaps??? It means I stand up for something not on a part time when it is convenient or cool basis..
Makes me recall the lyrics for a harry connick jr song.. “Stand up for something or be knocked down for nothing” What are you going to be knocked down for??? Other than nothing….

Only a moron would think carrying a long gun into a library would be OK. These radical open carry advocates could easily upset the applecart for all the rest of us. The wind has been in our backs for some years now with the public supporting a pro second amendment position.
Look at the fierce debate on all these gun blogs. It’s clear many or most gun folks find the long gun carry into a place like a library stupid. If pro gun people feel this way what would you expect to find from folks not into guns?
I have been appalled at the obtuse nature of the radical open carry people. I am still in favor of open carry. I was going to get involved in the open carry fight. Not now.
