North Dakotans should take this as a sign of Divine Intervention, declare themselves a Free and Independent Country, seize all the instantly-illegal assets of the FedGov and hold them as collateral until such time as all illegally collected taxes are refunded to both the Country of ND and the Sovereign Citizens of ND (those pesky Fed Taxes and SS *contributions*).
Build a border fence with the re-imbursed funds, encourage firearms production, coin a *real* currency, etc…
Then sit back and watch as a crapton of other states look for any little loophole that *they* can exploit to follow suit, and become prosperous Sovereign Countries.

Article VI of the Constitution for the United States of America requires the “…Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution…”
Where is it written that a State is even required to have a constitution?

I was born,raised and will forever reside in ND and Tim Mathern(D. Fargo) is a liberal piece of shit…don’t doubt me! I and most people I know would be perfectly fine with WESTERN, ND being it’s own country. The Eastern 1/3 of ND can get annexed by the fucking libnuts in Minn. Fargo, ND is a swollen puss pocket of fucking liberal shit stacks that we in western, ND want no part of!!!

If we’re concerned about flaws in following the Constitution, it would seem ND has the same status as West Virginia. States were not to be carved out from existing states, but that didn’t stop Lincoln from splitting Virginia when he needed the votes.

@workinwifdakids At one point, ND would have been the 4th largest nuclear power in the world if it became and independent nation. Most (all?) of the missile silos have been decommissioned since then so I don’t know where we’d stand now, though we still have a bunch of B-52s loaded with nukes. 🙂 Watch your step MN.
