Amazing that you can be charged with possession of the plants even if you were not aware of their presence… Weed grows wild all over the place. A guy I know bought some fields that had become overgrown over the years. He went down to the stream and realized suddenly that he was standing in 2-3 acres of pot.. He immediately got the bushhog and mowed the whole field. The dude really really hates drugs.

Here in the Omaha, NE area this shit is literally everywhere. Any park, field, or wooded area you walk through will have dozens of wild plants. Of course they are worthless for any recreational uses, but it does show just how ridiculous it is to attempt to ban a weed.
Here is a picture I took of my son earlier this year at Mahoney State park. This stuff is quite literally everywhere.
Hopefully, Mr. Cobbs wil be able to sue those involved for everything they own. This story gives the impression that someone in government had it in for him.

Good thing he didn’t have three plants; they would have had to call in the National Guard.

So is there any place real americans can live in liberty? We’ve become spineless peasants.

If they can afford to do stupid shit like that, their budget is too large by several million dollars.

this is the real crime.
too bad most americans are unaware of events such as this – especially when the “law” is used against them – but never against our “royalty”

Sounds to me as if somebody has the hots for that 39 acres. As in who reported the plants in the first place?
