How does one SBS equal four NFA violations?
Even if they called it a short barreled shotgun AND a destructive device, that’s only two NFA violations.
I guess the feds just want to piss people off now.
Wonder how that’s gonna work out for them?

The article listed it, it came out as possession of an unlawful destructive device, possession of a destructive device w/o a serial number, creation of a destructive device and possessing an unlicensed firearm. Talk about dipping into the same well repeatedly.

Damn, that’s the way to help Vets. Make em feel like they can get help when they need it.
If Karma was doing it’s job, the Prosecutor and his minions would be getting a case of rectal cancer right about now.
