If she were a proper Democrat, she’d reflexively claim victim status, drop out of the race, blame everyone but herself, blaming everyone else in the race for being bigoted against her, and sue to have the first place trophy taken away from someone and given to her. Then she’d quit racing, and demand that past and future trophys be taken away from other people and given to her as reparation for all sins against other racers who fell in races.
