My kind of restaurant
Where the waitresses go heeled:
When waitress Ashlee Saenz takes your order at Shooters Grill in Rifle, she not only carries a pad and pen — she also packs a loaded Ruger .357 Blackhawk handgun holstered on her leg, Old West style.
It’s loaded and she knows how to use it.
Saenz and her co-workers, along with customers who come into Shooters, are encouraged by Shooters’ owners to pack heat in the restaurant, as allowed by Colorado law.
The restaurant also hosts concealed carry training — the $75 price tag includes dinner — that qualifies customers for Colorado and Utah permits.

Fun! I’d encourage them to use holsters with a higher degree of retention, but that’s pretty much a personal choice.

It’s right across from the shop my buddy owns. We go there after a day of shooting as they have great burgers and it’s always good to support those that support you. The ladies are fairly easy on the eyes as well.

Staff with guns (and a firearm too!) in a restaurant named Shooters located in town called Rifle. I like it!

Kevin beat me to the punch. Retention is important, especially when you’re standing within arm’s reach from lots of people all day, with your mind and hands tied up taking orders.

Somehow I doubt retention is going to be a problem. Considering the first person to grab a waitresses gun will be gunned down by 3 other waitresses and who knows how many other patrons.

Well, I like the carry policy, and the decor is nice, but how’s the food?

man, but the first thing my eyes went to was that shitty nylon holster!
I must be getting old, as the girls are pretty.

Stupid OCers, don’t they know that’s bad?

That is awesome! I want to eat there.
