Background checks
Apparently, Giffords’ hubby went to buy a gun to show how easy it was and didn’t pass a background check. So, we need more background checks.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.

Kelly is just an opportunistic SOB that is playing off of his injured wife. I feel bad about what happened to her but he is the lowest of the low.

Sheez, even Jeffry Dahmer didn’t use his love zombies to to inflict harm on the general populace.

Gee, a gun grabbing lib who couldn’t pass a background check. Criminal record perhaps?
This might also explain why so few, if any, libs legally own guns.

Kelly really is a piece of human garbage.

Actually, from the article it looks like he passed the one background check that was actually submitted. The first time he tried using an out of state ID. I doubt that was an actual NICS denial, because the dealer probably would not have even tried to run it.
The third time, the dealer cancelled the sale because Kelly had stated on national television that
it was going to be straw purchase in violation of federal lawhe was planning to give the gun to someone else. But when a background check was actually run on his second attempt, he passed. Because he didn’t have a history that would have disqualified him. Since, you know, people with felony or domestic violence convictions, or previous involuntary psych commitments, tend not to be allowed to become astronauts.
Then he made a big deal over “how easy it is” to buy a gun.

Think about it, to whom does it concern “how easy it is” to exercise God-given, Constitutionally protected rights? Only those who want to restrict or deny them it seems to me.
