Those darn flyover states
Causing all of NYC’s crime and all that. Also, if he’s buying handguns out of state, that’s illegal.

“O’Neill said 90 percent of guns used in crimes in New York City come from someplace else.”
As opposed to from NYC’s thriving legal manufacturing and sale markets?

When someone likes to pretend that guns come in from other states or outside of city limits or etc and that if gun laws were stricter then these guns wouldn’t come in across boarders…
I like to ask them what state has all these legal drugs that are also found in the city.
Never got an answer yet.

Must be why NY and NYC are actively fining people who sell Nerf guns on Amazon and why Amazon has started restricting the sale of them by 3rd party sellers. I know of dozens of people who had their listing suspended within the last 24 hours and the listed reason is NY law 873.

It’s Yahoo!/ABC, it’s all totally illegal but they’ll print any kind of stupid stuff and in comments it’s all rebuked.

NYC is geographically isolated by water.
It shouldn’t be that hard to put security checkpoints at all bridges, tunnels, and marinas and conduct 100% searches on anybody/anything coming into NYC.
I am guessing that New Yorkers just don’t care that much.

@Burnt Toast:
Didn’t they do that already for a movie?
“Escape from New York” starring Kurt Russell?
Oh, wait – that was to stop people getting OUT.
