   I still stand by the statement that we had the last free election in this country. It was good while it lasted.

   I am very seriously considering giving up on government completely and becoming a low-information voter. If they can do whatever the **** they want with no repercussions, then they’ve won and it’s time to go home.

   They clearly haven’t given any thought to the end result of “the rules don’t matter.”

   Stretch, the thing is they know the “rules still matter” to enough of their opposition that they can ignore the rules with impunity, while the opposition follows the rules.

   It makes for a huge power imbalance, which they are exploiting.

   It will come back to haunt them when the other side stops playing by the rules, or enforces the rules, but until then, it is an awesome power trip.

   The Hillary email investigation ended the second Joe Biden said he wasn’t running.

   I keep feeling like it’s time to cash out, pack up, and move to the frontier like my ancestors did. But there is no frontier.

   Over 200 million people in the US couldn’t be bothered to get off their ass and freaking VOTE in 2012. (I will give a pass to those not 18 yet) I don’t think those folks will give a damn about what the DOJ does or doesn’t do.
   As long as DWTS and The Voice are still on the boob tube, all is well!

   We are well and truly fucked.
