I like my 6.5 Swedish Mauser carbine. Enough recoil to know you’ve fired a rifle, but by no means as punishing as a 30.06 Springfield, though not as disappointing as a low powered AR-15. The pitted bore doesn’t make for the best accuracy, but it was made in 1916 per the receiver marking, so you can’t expect everything from a little 100-year old rifle. Still, I wouldn’t stand in front of it, even if I were an elephant. Long, very penetrative bullet.

“there’s a KelTec RDB in 6.5 Grendel” inasmuch as there is a KelTec anything.
the trick is finding one __for sale__.
