Cool. The answer to, “What caliber for a gang of socialists?” So when does it go on sale at Wal Mart? Does it come with a shoulder thing that goes up, or is that extra? I’ll of course need a progressive reloading press that can run that fast.
Is anyone making an AIWB holster for it? Does Magpul make a bullpup stock for it yet? Can it be sold with an arm brace?
It won’t be needing those horrible 30 round magazines, and it’s not an AR or an AK, so the Democrats should love it, and being a microgun it will be exempt from Markley’s Law.
The Second Amendment has been frozen in time in the pre-full auto era. It’s as if full auto doesn’t exist anymore, as a practical matter.
I would submit that full auto is fully covered by the Second Amendment.
Yes, it would be pleasant to have a downsized MAC-10, in .25 ACP, John Browning’s baby, loaded with 35gr copper-jacketed hollowpoints that penetrate 10-11 inches of ballistic gelatin. With a nice, compact 50-round magazine, and a 1200rpm rate of fire. Brrrt. Brrrt. Brrrt. Mr. BG would have a very bad day. Where the heck did that Second Amendment thing go to anyway? It was just around here a minute ago . . .
Sigivald, I don’t think that’s going to happen (repealing the Hughes Amendment). Not only is the general public going to be against it, but a significant number of people who actually collect machine guns will be against it, because their $20,000 transferable M-16 will instantly drop down to $1,000 or $1,200 in value. There will be no premium for “pre-ban” machine guns anymore.

It ain’t ready for prime time until Silencerco has a can for it.
Not six cans. One big can, with six holes through it, enormous expansion chambers and spiral high density cooling fins on the outside.
There will be a purr like a happy Maine Coon. Yes, from the suppressor, too.

Much more looking forward to their magazine-fed bullpup shotgun, since we can actually own one of those.

ditty: Oh, I know, I know.
Though, of course, “big machine-gun collecting” is actually a pretty damned small lobby; I wouldn’t worry about them as a force.
“Sounds scary to the general public” is the real problem, regardless of the factual basis for it being harmless…
