Twinkie as firearm silencer

Would the Twinkie require a tax stamp?

  1. HL Says:

Not as good as an AK with the Twinkie in the action.

  2. John Says:

No wonder Tallahassee was looking for Twinkies in Zombieland

  3. Ravenwood Says:

Notice they were shrewd enough not to affix the twinkie to the gun lest they be charged for possessing an unregistered silencer. By shooting it point blank range, they get the desired results without running afoul of the law. (seriously!)

  4. Bruce Says:

    What twinkie for 9mm?

  5. JTC Says:

An old retired NYC wiseguy told me the family hits were done with a MKII with .22 lr and rubber baby bottle nipples; tried it, works great.

Like Ravenwood says though, that’s an illegal device. But I guess if you’re offing somebody, that’s a low-priority consideration.

  6. Lyle Says:

But did he hit his target? Or was the Twinkie his target? Is it a “silencer” if the target is absorbing the muzzle blast?

Also; someone needs to look up the definition of “Point Blank Range”. I don’t think it means what you think it means.

  7. nk Says:

So this stuff they show in movies with guys shooting through a pillow really works?

  8. Jerry Says:

    Two words, coconut zingers.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
