The only thing it’s useful for is recording conversations on street corners.
That and allowing police chiefs to say that They’re Doing Something!!!! to fight the epidemic plaguing our streets!!

There’s nothing too complicated and expensive, with too little chance of doing any good, or which is too invasive to public privacy, that they can’t spend our money on it.
