   In NYC, the Commies took The Peoples’ guns first, so they could steal The Peoples’ money and property later.

   Same sequence happened in Nazi Jerzey in 1991:
   Governor Jim “1-term” Florio, and his Dems, enacted the first AWB in the US. Then, the Dems passed the largest tax-increase in NJ history, taxing even toilet paper.

   The good(?) People of NYC should be thankful if all they have stolen from them at this point is their money or their land; they could just as easily have their heads taken, too.

   The problem is, Cuomo has already screwed us nationally. He was in charge of HUD when that agency regulated Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. He pushed “affordable” i.e. “subprime” loans (those made to folks with little to no documentation proving their income, little to no down payments, etc.) ever more strongly during his tenure. He was not the only cause of the subsequent financial collapse, but he was a damn big part of it (as were others in the FEDGOV who foolishly thought that home ownership was the be-all and end-all of good government policy).

   “nonprofit mission driven ownership.”

   AKA the NY Housing Authority…

   Nonprofit? It’s gov, so check.

   Mission driven? If your mission is state ownership and control of all the shit and all the sheeple, then check.
