Wolf in sheep’s clothing
TriggerFinger has the skinny a supposed gun group that has many anti-gun ties. Dirty pool. I did a whois and the site is registered to dcs. No contact info.
Update: David Codrea has more. He also notes:
Actually, the contact is one Joshua Fryday. DCS is a democrat political consulting group. Their “client” list is a gun control nightmare.
Update 2: Countertop has more. Worth noting is that the group is connected to Harold Ford, Jr.

They are the ones behind the AHSA website.
AHSA has an interesting board of directors–two of them, Robert “Judas” Ricker (ex NRA lawyer/”pro”-gun lobbyist) and Joe Vince are also directors of Crime Gun Solutions–a consulting firm headed by ex-ATFers that helps the Bradys sue gun mfrs.
You can find out more about them here:

I just submitted an article on AHSA and its ties to GUNS Magazine over the weekend.

It’s worth noting that the only tie between DCS and Ford, is that they built his website. No other work has been done.

Cris,
DCS is a very high profile democrat PR firm in DC. I don’t know to what extent they are working on Ford’s campaign, but I would be shocked if it was simply that they “built his website.” Especially since networksolutions is showing that Paul McKay at cambiguedesign.com built his website (or is at least the registrar of fordfortennessee.com)
DCS provides a much higher level of strategic guidance than that
