I have two questions, though I doubt anyone here would have the answers. One, does anyone have any ideas about what kind of cameras he used for this, and how they’re mounted. The other is does anyone here know how you would have cameras in your car store the data securely somewhere outside of the car, as the kid in the video tells the officer he is doing.
Well, if it is a digital camera, the data could be uploaded via a cell phone network interface card (I forget the proper name for them). Basically, you connect to the internet via cell phone towers. They can be installed in laptops or other portable computers.
During the meeting Darrow asked to see the videotape from Kuehnlein’s police car. But according to Uhrig, that footage, inexplicably, is nowhere to be found.
Is these incidences why not File a complaint before revealing the existence of the Video.
Thus possibility “Allowing” the officer to purger them selves in writing (reports/IA investigations …etc). Once statement become public record they are much harder to make disappear.
In this incident the Police video disappeared, also the officer knew about the video so no “False” arrests or tickets were written. Thus causing a lack or lessening of “Cause/Injury” in any civil suit.

Dammit Uncle, don’t put stuff like this up in the morning. Now I’m in a bad mood for the rest of the day.

I have a strong inclination to end that cop. It is pretty fortunate that he is on the other side of the country.

Possible different tactic with these incidences?
