Self-defense coming back to where Great Britain used to be:
Home owners and “have-a go-heroes” have for the first time been given the legal right to defend themselves against burglars and muggers free from fear of prosecution.
Expect people to shocked when crime goes down.

On the one hand, you would hope things will get better if the Tories ever get back into power; on the other hand, the only long term solution for Britain is a constitutional Republic with a written constitution and no Monarchy, and I just don’t see that coming from hide-bound traditionalist Tories….
Police in 19th century Britain used to be unarmed because enough of the people WERE armed. Now it’s vice versa.
