I read the decision, which was basically the Federal Court saying they didn’t have jurisdiction in this matter, and that the Plaintiffs would have to go directly to the SCOTUS to challenge the ruling. Although, the Court did rule that if a lawsuit was filed on behalf of the people of Nevada, without also being in behalf of the legislators, then the District Court might have jurisdiction.
I noticed that the District Court very carefully did not discuss the case on its merits, they just declared it was not in their jurisdiction.
This will be very interesting.
