Edwards has missed 90% of Senate votes. I seem to recall a day by day comic about this months ago.

Seems odd that they’d be attacking Edwards. He’s what, a distant fourth anyway? Seems like Kerry, Dean, and now Clark would be the more legitimate targets to attack.

I’m still waiting for Edwards to fulfill some of his campaign promises made to get him to D.C. IMO, his nomination would assure NC going the way of Tennessee for Gore in 2000. IOW – he’s fooled me once!! nuf sed

Gephart has missed a bunch of votes as well. don’t look to good on the ol’ resume when you’re too busy running for office to do your freakin’ job… you know, the one you were previously elected to do.
I could see if it was in the heat of primary season that some votes were missed, but to be so curiously absent so early in the game is appalling.
