Knox God Resolution is Dead
From the WVLT VOLUNTEER TV Newsroom:
The Knox County Commission has voted 10-9 to withdraw the so-called “God Resolution.” The resolution recognizes God as the foundation of American heritage and government. It has already been adopted in several other East Tennessee counties.
Good. Of course, I haven’t heard a word about the one in Blount County.

Oh no, I now live in a godless county! Since God has been taken away from Knox, must I cross into Anderson County to pray?
Seriously, I do hope this one is dead.

Next thing you know, Knox county will be feeding Christians to the lions again.

I refuse to except the Christian religion as part of my national hiratage. For one, the reason our four fathers came to this nation is to have freedom of religion and for use to do something like this is a direct insult to them. The government not passing this is the most intelligent thing that they have done and how other counties have passes it is some how raciest. Our nation is full of many diferent faiths and beliefs. We do not need to single out a single one or for all you know we could end up with holy wars agian. This nation is corupted enough I do not wish for another thing so people can insult people of different religions.
