This is a known “bug” and it works with IE as well as netscape and anything else. I’ve seen spam that directs people to “sites” like that. Basically, you have to ignore the first half of the URL and just look at what’s near the end right before the first “/”. That is where you are actually going. In particular, the URL should never look funny before the first “/”..if there are a bunch of /,@,!, etc. after the first / then that’s o.k.
