Too bad Guinness sucks. If I want the taste of coffee, I’ll drink coffee; if I want the taste of beer, I’ll drink something else. Give me a good english brown any day.
By the way, Guinness also has less alcohol than light beer, too. (Which makes sense, since I believe alcohol is technically a carbohydrate…)

Alcohol is not a carbohydrate, but it can use it for energy.

What if you make Black & Tans using Guinness and that crappy low-carb beer? Or maybe just stir it up and make an amber?
