Yeah, me too. It’s not quite, say, Northern Ireland, where armed soldiers with shoot-to-kill orders walk about, but it’s one more step closer.

OK, Mike, let’s take that Northern Ireland analogy one step further. Does anyone seriously believe that residents of Northern Ireland would be safer if armed soldiers didn’t patrol the area?
Perhaps this is one of those instances in which “feeling safe” and actually being safe are two very different things.
