Per this Dean Tax Calculator, Dean’s tax plan would cost me $3,338.12.
Clark’s plan would save me $488.

What angers me about the Clark tax calculator (and the tax plan, for that matter), is that it doesn’t even acknowledge that people without children exist. Or, for the calculator, large families with more than three children.
Somebody probably whipped the page up in 10 minutes, but I sent them a nasty-gram. I’m married without children, so how will the plan affect me?

I noticed the same thing about the Clark calculator. This is what I really dislike about all politicians..nobody wants to do any favours for people who are single, have no children, and don’t own a home. We get screwed.

Catch that simpsons episode marge against teens, gays, singles and something. It was funny. There was a group of childess people wanting to revoke school taxes, obscenity laws and other things we do for the children™

Agreed. I was amused that I couldnt change the “children” box to 0. I’m single with no kids so I would end up paying in the end.

Actually, from the way I read it, your taxes would be unchanged under Clark’s plan.
