MMmm Ice Cream
Today I stopped at Weigel’s for milk. Bought some Mayfield’s Brown Cows, which I haven’t had in years. Got home and immediately at two. If you haven’t had a Mayfield’s Brown Cow, you’re missing out on some living.

On the whole, I think Mayfield’s does an excellent job with their ice cream. The Brown Cow is extra good, and I also prefer their Sundae Cones over other brands. I also enjoy their milk, but can’t get it west of Cookeville or Monteagle (maybe Tullahoma) here in Tennessee.
Plus, they’ve paid my Dad to work for the past 15 or so years, so I gotta credit them for that, too. Keeps him out of trouble.

Yeah, Mayfields has the best ice cream around. it’s the only icecream I will eat!

When you refer to a brown cow, do you mean vanilla ice-cream on a stick with a hard chocolate shell? We were just having a conversation here at work, and I remember getting brown cows at day camp. But no one else seems to refer to them by that name.
