Took some courage too….half his district is urban Prince Georges County, half rural Howard County. Figured he’d get slammed either way, so he says he talked with a lot of police orgs about it. IMHO, it was the (surprising) refusal of the normally anti-gun Maryland State Police to support the bill that turned the tide.
Yay for Maryland! (well on this bill, anyway).

Glad to hear it. BTW, if you’re in maryland, can you send me a 2/26 copy of the Prince George Sentinel? I have an editorial on the ban in it.
