Low Carbs!
I just got back from lunch. Seems like every restaurant now has a “Low Carbs” menu.
I wonder how long before we start seeing “Low Carb” bottled water?
UPDATE: Powdered water—just add water! The question still remains: is it low-carb?

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.

Aha! Something we can agree on.
Subway advertises its “Atkins-friendly” wraps, which have 27g of fat or more, but hey, they’re low carb, right?
Meanwhile, ironically enough, they’re simultaneously advertising their support of a “heart walk” to help fight heart disease. Gee, Subway, how about fighting heart disease by not pushing cardiac bombs like your Atkins wraps?!?

I don’t have a dog in the fad diet fight. I’m just amused by advertising.
For example, while it may sound ridiculous to market bottled water as “low carb,” I remember seeing a mattress commercial that did something similar. The mattress had special springs which had a particularly amazing property: the more you compressed them, the harder they pushed back.
Space age technology, eh?

They actually already have low carb bottled water. I believe they market it as low carb beer! Ha-ha-ha!

I’ve been looking into using a “Zero-Carb” engine for the upgrade/repair of my one car, but it adds over a thousand dollars to the cost of the project. My other car was already “Carb-Free” from the factory.
