Kerry on taxes
Tom has created a nifty little spreadsheet where you can enter your AGI and figure out what the Bush tax cuts saved you err if Kerry will raise your taxes. It’s neat. It does assume that Kerry will stick to his campaign promise of only raising taxes on the top income bracket.

Uncle:
Nice touch with the strikethrough, but remember that most of “what the Bush tax cuts saved you” was the result of riders tacked on by Democrats, for most people. If I remember correctly, the Bush tax cuts as originally proposed did virtually nothing for people with AGIs under $100,000 per year.

Oh, really? Several states have explicitly stated that their tax increases are a direct result of the loss of federal block grant dollars. They lying?

With the price of gasoline here in California – I am so glad Bush gave us a tax cut – otherwise Arnold would not be able to afford the gas to fuel his Hummer to get to work!
