Point Shooting
John Veit emails me a link to his site about point shooting. Interesting stuff on a strange shooting technique. As odd as it sounds, my dad said he was taught a variation of this in the military.

Yes, it was taught in the Army. It was called “Quick Kill”. the training was conducted with Daisy BB guns and 3″ and inch and a half aluminum disks thrown in the air, and by the end of a couple of hours, the trainee could usually score 90% hits on the small disk.

Yes, that’s what my dad said. It’s also how he can shoot nickels out of the air with his remington nylon body 22LR.
