Oh, that liberal media
The media “wants Kerry to win” and so “they’re going to portray Kerry and Edwards as being young and dynamic and optimistic” and “there’s going to be this glow about” them, Evan Thomas, the Assistant Managing Editor of Newsweek, admitted on Inside Washington over the weekend.

The assistant editor of Newsweek said it, so it must be true. 🙂 Pop over to our site for another fine example of the liberal media at work.

I saw that. But i’ve never contended foxnews wasn’t biased just that they are as biased.

As biased as what? Anyway, my smarmy point was that if I found some assistant editor at, say, the Boston Globe, who said that the media wanted Bush to win, would that make it true, just on his say-so? No, not really.

That said, there may be some truth to the remark. Because in 2000, it sure as hell seemed as though the media wanted Bush to win (or, at least, they wanted Gore to lose).
