There’s no danger here. Note what the article said about the lifetime of the whatever-it-is. 10 to the -19 seconds. If it is a black hole, then it’s evaporating very quickly, and confirming Stephen Hawking’s calculations that indicate that black holes are leaky, and tiny ones are very leaky and thus evaporate away faster than they can absorb new material.
OTOH, I wouldn’t want them to try to make it grow by using a particle accelerator to jam more matter into it before it goes poof…
