Five Questions: Ben
First, sorry for taking so long to get to this fifth one (and I will do a sixth for Publicola) but been a bit busy. So, here are five questions for Ben:
1 – You can have one handgun and one only for the rest of your life, which would it be?
2 – Now, a rifle?
3 – So, what exactly is Carnaby Fudge and what does it mean?
4 – You use Linux? What on earth for?
5 – Battlestar Galactica: 2005 or 1970s?

SayUncle has gotten pretty mean with that one gun question…
He hit me with that… but at lest he gave you one rifle and one pistol.

You mean, there are still people who DON’T use Linux?
By all that’s holy, why?

How anyone could prefer 1978 Battlestar to 2005 is beyond me. The new version is one of the best bits of science fiction TV ever rendered, frankly.

well, like I said, I haven’t seen the new one. I assume it’s all about gratuitous boob displays like most new shows (e.g. Star Trek and the like).

Addison, same reason i don’t use betamax or laser disc. Despite their superiority, they’re not compatible with my system and a PITA to find stuff for.
Andrew, i concur.

Aha! it’s a cinch to find stuff for Gentoo, that’s why it’s so great.

Addison:
Because sooner or later, I actually have to use my computer to get something done. 🙂
(Actually, I use both Linux and Windows XP, but most of what I do for work requires Windows.)
