Looks like the verdict is guilty. All you need to know about how it went:
In picking the jury the prosecutor removed the three that admitted to being pro-second amendment.

Every canary is graveyard dead. An officer of the court…SWORN to uphold the US Constitution..strikes jury members that believe in that Constitution.

I would take anything Jason says with a really large grain of salt – except, of course, the part about being found guilty. Between the language of RCW 9.41.270 and the attitude he proudly admits to displaying at the time of his arrest, he deserves what he gets.

Bullshit.
9.41.270 forbids menacing with a firearm. Jason was not menacing … the Ellensburg police arrested him for not having a CCW while carrying openly … not a crime in WA.
THe cops flat out lied in order to cover their asses for a harrasment bust.

IIRC, Jason was NOT arrested and was allow to go on his merry way — with his gun carried just like it was when the police approached him. The charge was filed sometime later after he filed a complaint about be stopped by the police. See Jason’s story.
