Pit bulls were, as we both know, bred (when properly so) to be very agressive against other dogs, and mostly harmless to humans. How come we never hear complaints about breeds specifically invented to go after humans, such as the Doberman Pinscher, and to a lesser extent the German Police Dog (now euphemised as “German Shepherd”) and ugh, the Rottweiler?
I swear, if I worked in a vet’s office, I would not assist in any treatment for any of those anti-human dogs other than euthanasia or sterilization.
Oh, and note that those breeds were all created by Germans. I like their music, I like their mechanical toys, but I don’t like their politics or their dogs.

Hah hah.
That reminds me of a news story I saw while I was in the great socialist utopia of Oreagon.
A pit bull had killed someone’s cat. The spent about 10 mins on that story. It took 3 to 4 mins to learn that the “pit bull” did not attack a person.

My Jack Russell chases my wifes cat around the house…I guess that makes him a killer…

( I can’t stand Dachshunds, either.)
