Blogger running for office
A local blogger named David Garrett is running for a Tennessee House seat. Here’s his campaign website. He hopes to be the Libertarian Party Nominee. He would be vying for the seat held by Stacey Campfield, who also blogs.

SayUncle –
Remember a few months back when we spoke of past Libertarian candidates for office and their absurdity, such as the one who drank the liquid that turned him blue?
Maybe it’s just me, but I swear that Mr. Garrett looks a shade past aquamarine…
Cheers,
Rob

I’m no smurf, what Stan Jones did was absurd and I’m whiter than the rest of you.

He looks petty to me. I went to the second link and he said this in his discription of Stacey
“””There are too many arguments against this guy and all I can say is that it is high time we elect someone with good grammar.”””
This is high school level insults. To say it bluntly he looks petty to me. Maybe his politics are good, but when the first thing I read that he says about who is running against goes to this level it turns me off.

I didn’t mean to sound petty, but I am a journalism major, and we all make our occasional grammar mistakes. But you would have to look at the hateful, poorly written letters that Jon Fish received form Campfield.

lol, I’m sorry, I meant “from Campfield.” See, I do it too, just not as much.
