Cheney
Seems that blogs were all aflutter with rumors that Cheney may resign. I personally don’t see it happening but, if it did, the celebration in the streets from the left would be quite a sight to behold. Also, if it happens, who would replace him? I’ve seen Rice kicked around.
But, dear lefties, I wouldn’t be getting my hopes up.

Good advice. That way if it actually happens (improbable) it can be sheer, unfettered delight.

However, if this were a scripted movie by someone who hated Democrats, Bush would nominate Karl Rove as his new VP. Talk about glee turning to rage…I’d almost like to see it for the sheer drama of the reaction.

Barry, I’d pay good money to see that!

Heh.. Rove, or better yet, Rumsfeld. Or just find some dude named JP Halliburton.

Speaking of Rumsfeld: Any of you catch “The Torture Question” on Frontline last night?

Rice as VP? Bring it on! That would make my year.

Why do I get this feeling that if someone kneecapped Brodie Croyle and two Alabama starting linebackers right before the game, you guys would enjoy the victory even more than if we beat Bama fair and square?

Why do I get this feeling that if someone kneecapped … than if we beat Bama fair and square?
Reading comprehension? 🙂

I don’t know that I’d be so happy about Cheney resigning. I mean, we never see the guy anyway, and I have no faith that whomever replaced him would be any better.
