xxxxxxxx people xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx shall xxx be infringed.
On a marginally related note: the web site “www.usconstitution.org” does not appear to actually have the u.S. Constitiution on their site – not even a link to somewhere that it does appear. Seems the people running that site are unaware that names should actually relate to the thing being named.
