Door to door service
A 76-year-old man claiming to be a doctor went door-to-door in a Florida neighborhood offering free breast exams, and was charged with sexually assaulting two women who accepted the offer, police said on Thursday.
I’m amazed that some women fell for that.
One woman became suspicious after the man asked her to remove all her clothes and began conducting a purported genital exam without donning rubber gloves, investigators said.
That’s when you became suspicious?

Did the “doctor”, at any time during the examination, say: “OK, you’re going to feel a little prick now.”
Sorry, I couldn’t help it.

If the women acted suspicious he quickly showed them his “Bikini Inspector” license.

Wow. That guy has serious balls for doing that.

I’m no lawyer so maybe I’m looking at the logic rather than the law itself, but…
If the women accepted the offer for a free breast exam, how is that sexual assault? Maybe impersonating a doctor, fraud, or practicing medicine without a license, but if he had their consent, is it criminal sexual assault?
Maybe the guy always wanted to be a doctor & just couldn’t afford med school, or actually wanted to help people by promoting breast cancer awareness.
In all honesty, if a woman is dumb enough to fall for this, she should be punished & not the clever pervert who ‘tricked’ her. I bet these are the same ‘intelligent’ people who think that gun control will prevent crime and protect the innocent children and that when someone is shot it is the fault of the firearm manufacturer/dealer rather than the crack head that pulled the trigger.
