Well, there they go again
The police have once again swarmed congress. Looks like there may have been a shooting in DC at the Capitol, which is odd because they ban guns.

Someone is shooting up the Capitol?
Good for them.
I’m betting it was a car backfiring and bunch of beauracrats overreacting.

I bet those inside wished they had an AR about now.

It’s Washington, D.C. – there is supposed to be routine gunfire.
What a bunch of ninnies.
The first thing I thought of when I heard there was gunfire at the Capitol was returning fire.
Forget locking down the Capitol and going around entering offices with secret knocks and passwords (which, according to Drudge is going on as I write this).
The Capitol needs an armed citizenry finding an neutralizing the perpetrators.
Do you think my fellow Tennessean Andrew Jackson would be locked in his office waiting for the gendarmes to bring him to safety?
Enough said.

I just heard on the radio-apparently the sound of a pneumatic nailgun being used by a contruction worker panicked someone, who called 911 and reported gunfire.
Silly sheeple.

Well, I figured that considering the lawmakers think of themselves as immune to the Laws of The People, someone might be trying to remind them that they are not immune to the Laws of Physics….

If I had a quarter of a billion people who wanted to shoot me, I’d get jumpy at the sound of a nailgun, too. 😉
