The one thing that always gets me is how people point to our treatment of “prisoners of war” , when they need to reference our treatment of terrorists/non-uniformed irregulars/insurgents.
According to the Geneva Convention, we are treating this group of people with the utmost care and compassion. Especially considering they could be shot on sight.
That is what the Geneva Conventions says can be done, yes?
