No, it isn’t the guns going out on the trash barges, it is the flow of guns from surrounding gun-friendly states into NJ – by firearm osmosis – that feeds the flow to Britain.
The guns have to go somewhere once they arrive in gun-hating NJ only to find themselves vilified (they are, after all, just guns which are willing to do work other NJ inanimate objects won’t do!), so they leak out, some making it all the way to Britain.
