Lab rats
From the department of things not smart to say outloud:
Nonlethal weapons such as high-power microwave devices should be used on American citizens in crowd-control situations before being used on the battlefield, the Air Force secretary said Tuesday.
The object is basically public relations. Domestic use would make it easier to avoid questions from others about possible safety considerations, said Secretary Michael Wynne.
“If we’re not willing to use it here against our fellow citizens, then we should not be willing to use it in a wartime situation,” said Wynne. “(Because) if I hit somebody with a nonlethal weapon and they claim that it injured them in a way that was not intended, I think that I would be vilified in the world press.”
Alrighty.

As odd as this sounds, “less than lethal” weapons may be the single most dangerous threat to liberty and a Constitutional United States ever.
The government can simply “annoy” the American people into complicity. Scary stuff, but, hey, at least it’s “for the children”.
According to all the incidents in Florida, evidently taser guns are especially “for the children”. They don’t seem to hesitate in using them on the children. LOL!

I’ve never thought anyone from the Air Force had any sense, anyway. 😉

“Clearly, we must torture our own citizens first before we torture the citizens of other nations, lest we be vilified in the international community.”
Can these people hear themselves talk???

Weel, if it will stop an angry crowd of US Citizens, often noted as the most unruly, violent and capricious people on earth, it should work just fine on anyone else. Look at the porposed tests as a compliment, not an insult….

And if they really want a good test group, may I suggest a crowd of UT students on 6th Street in Austin after a UT football win? Please?
