Truly out of character for the WA Supremes…they’re generally products of the Seattle/Olympia Liberal axis.
This is the same court that decided that a web post buried several links deep on a transit agency’s web page constituted ‘adequate public notice’ on intent to seize private property to build a light rail station parking lot.
May give us hope for the current case (PDC vs Fisher Communications, IIRC) where some local talk radio hosts are charged with violating state campaign finance laws for advocating in favor of a ballot initiative on the air.
