Been a while since I shut down my old yahoo.com email address. I logged in today just to see. 20,340 messages. I looked at the first two pages and it was all spam from the future. If you’re sending mail there, I ain’t reading it. Then, I logged into the mail server I have for saysuncle.com. Mind you, I have never set up an email address there. I had 8,553 messages. I ain’t reading those either.
Also, I guess I need to cut down on images. I get 23 gigabytes of bandwidth per month. I never really checked my bandwidth, honestly figuring it would never be an issue. But today, I am at 22ish gigabytes. I guess it’s possible that the site becomes inaccessible today and will return tomorrow.

If so, I’ll be back tomorrow.

Uh, you might want to check what the deal is with your hosting co.
They can screw you with overage charges, depending on your TOS. If instead the blog shuts down when you reach your bandwidth cap, i’d say that’s better than paying whatever the overage cha-ching happens to be.

Didn’t you run a couple of pictures of young lasses with stars on their boobies this month?
Bet that’s what drew the bandwidth.

BTW, your spam filter’s still snagging blogspot.

I’ve been on Yahoo for a while and I’m quite happy.
Especially with their new interface. They have good anti-spam. The bulk folder I have has over 2,000 messages in it and it gains about 100 per day. But I never even look in it and it doesn’t count against me.
I am still confounded by people who have issues with Google in many areas (as you were), yet continue to use their e-mail. I just don’t get the logic. But then again, mebbe that’s not part of the decision.
