This is good news.

The bad thing about the Tennessee Handgun Permit is “Permit”. Having to obtain and pay for permission (permit) to exercise a right is wrong under our State and Federal Constitutions. Hopefully we can progress toward Constitutionality for the exercise of the RKBA with without a permit like Alaska and Vermont. For the anti-gunners who think guns in the hands of citizens is dangerous, why in Vermont “the streets aren’t running in blood”? This is what they claim in their bigotted intolerant ignorance will happen anytime gun laws are truly liberalized… giving more liberty to the people.
