Granted, the M60 is full auto, but fires the .308 Win. cartridge just like numerous rifles do. No great shakes as far as power is concerned. I can’t see the mutants holding up a 7-11 with a belt fed even if they could figure out how to hold it and make it run. The Uzi is more likely to be used for no good. I’m sorry for the owner. I hope he has insurance to cover his $45,000+ loss. Jack.
Off topic: Your blog is loading slowly again.
I’ve been noticing the delay between clicking and seeing the page rendered for a couple of days (at least) now.
That really sucks. But if the article reads right, he had them stored in a safe that could be pried open? Sounds more like a gun cabinet, which is no way to store full autos.
Dude, that’s just you.
I’m at one of the Big 3 auto companies in Detroit – we have huge tubes connecting to the interWeb – and your site is unique in its initial slowness this week.
Today was a bit better at about 2 seconds, but Monday and Tuesday were 3 or 4 seconds, easy. I would get the “loading…” in the tab on Mozilla.
I’ll continue to update you through this week and note if it changes.
